Living Well

There are still some spaces in our Living Well course which explores the different components to a person ‘living well’. Running over eight consecutive weeks, it looks at the idea of living well in a holistic way, including social connections, eating well, moving well, being financially well, thinking well, sleeping well and dealing with loss.
