Living Well Course
We’re really pleased to be bringing our Living Well course back to our Nelson office, starting in late July. This is a six-week, holistic course that covers a diverse range of topics on living well as we age - from social connection, to dealing with grief, as well as the practical topics such as sleep, exercise and a healthy diet. We’ve run them twice already and the feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. It starts on Tuesday 23rd July from our Bridge Street office and runs for six weeks with guest speakers. There’ll be a final morning tea on week 7 to mark the end and enjoy an informal debrief. Please register with us if you’re interested - full details below.
